One very important thing to know is that you are ultimately responsible for your own evaluations. You need to keep a personal record of your accomplishments throughout the evaluation period. Be sure to address all of your accomplishments that you feel are significant, such as military courses completed, military/civilian education, awards, letters of accommodation, community service, military duties, PRT results, etc. Try to do four courses per year. Keep in mind that even a basic correspondence course is better than none at all. When you complete a correspondence course, be sure to note on your brag sheet the completion date as well as the grade.
