You will want to list the same types of things that would show that you meet the standards for being promoted to Chief, Senior Chief, or Master Chief, regardless of your rate, so leave nothing out! Here is a list of some of the things you should be including:
1. Leadership abilities/skills
2. Management Skills/abilities
3. Primary Duties
4. Collateral Duties
5. Education, military/civilian
6. Military courses completed
7. Community Involvement
8. Involvement with the command
9. Awards (Navy or Civilian/Community)
10. Sailor of the Quarter/Year
11. Blue Jacket of the Quarter/Year
12. Letters of Commendation
13. PRT results
14. Volunteer Work
15. Working outside your Rating
