How do we come to an average eval mark for you when going up for your advancement?

An Example using E-5

1. Collect the last two Block 45 marks in your current paygrade not marked NOB.

Evaluation Ending------Block 45 Mark
03 March 15-----------------Early Promote 4.0
02 March 15-----------------Must Promote 3.8
2. Add Block 45 Marks together:
4.00 + 3.80 = 7.80

3. Divide by the number of evals used in the calculation. Carry the answer to three places:
7.8 / 2 = 3.900

4. Round the answer to 2 decimal places:
PMA = 3.90

Now you know your score, what does it mean to you?
